Knicks Starks jersey on ebay (completed)

I was keeping an eye on this jersey last night and saw it sold for over $500

here are some photos during the years Champion was supplier for the Knicks, weren't the names on back much lower than what was being sold last night on the auction?

also notice the color of the jersey on ebays NBA logo.. it is a gold color.

NEVERMIND the picture you posted is from 1996....this was used in 1997 here is a good picture from Feb 97. I also noticed they have gold NBA logos as well see 2nd pic. This was from March 97.

yes, the only photo I could find of Starks' back from the 1996-1997 season when they wore the Gold NBA Anniversary logos was the one I posted against the Hornets. But if you also look at all the other seasons where Champion was the supplier for the Knicks, the positioning of the lettering of the name of the back has been consistent through the years with the spacing in relation to the neck collar. The lettering of Starks jersey sold last night seems to be much higher, also the positioning of the back number does not seem to match in relation to the jersey armpits (it seems lower).
