It's not you! The placement of the patch on the front doesn't look right either... you can the road blue jersey on his Topps card from '85.

Again, I'm not a football jersey expert, but the last letter of "WHITE" is clearly past the second "1" on the jersey.

In the picture posted, the "T" and "E" are both over (in line above) the second "1". I'm assuming the picture posted is from the same year, which would bring into question why so different?

Danny White always had the sleeves cut off right after the second blue stripe on the sleeves... I'm watching a game from '84 now against the Dolphins and 90+% of the Cowboys have their jerseys this way! The placement of the star patch is way off too Oh well, I guess that doesn't keep people from bidding on it!

Phonier than a Vegas showgirl's chest. Here's a game photo from 1984:



No white material below the second blue stripe, and although it's not a great angle, it's easy to see that the nameplate lettering is not that thick.
