Seems like the 10 minute rule started at closer to 9:30. Either way, not likely to end anytime soon.

I'm a bit pissed, now my lot won't close till all lots have zero bids for 10 minutes.......I must have missed the fine print.

I thought the 10 minute rule was supposed to start at 9 because i was able to place a bid after 9.
