Issue with an auction

The seller of the above auction is using the same pictures for this auction that were used for a previous auction involving a Juan Duran signed game used bat. How do I know this? I bought that bat and I am looking at it right now.

I shot you an email, if you have the bat in your hands I would not be too worried. Little shady, and if its not the exact same bat the next person wins I would be a little upset being that person.

I think sometimes people that are just trying to make money and do not know much about GU collectors just take the easy way when it comes to listing items. Possibly just reusing pictures of a bat auction?
