He could have possibly wrapped this around a finger in '98 but thats about all. I think the only thing that could lead someone to believe this is a game used McGwire item is the fact it is red? Worn in a few games....some kid playing xbox maybe....

Yep, I know McGwire never wore wristbands as a Cardinal at least...can you picture Big Mac wearing these? They would have looked like a bracelet on him lol
