The novelty has died there have been alot of Favres on the market from this year and the market is adjusting accordingly. He has worn over 30 jerseys this year so far these are not rare items by any streach and in 20 years assuming the Vikes don't win it all this year or next (if he comes back) people are going to remember him as a Packer and his time with the Vikes will be remembered as a pit stop on the road to Canton. Today do people think of Rice as a Raider? Emmitt as a Cardinal? John Riggins as a Jet? No they are remembered as a 49er, Cowboy and skin, respectively. It will be the same thing with Brett.

Im surprised because of the importance of the game. Being the first QB to beat every team in that jersey. Its Canton worthy.

        Perfectly stated!

I though would've thought today's "deep pocket" people would have up'ed the price more since it is probably (and will be) the most significant Favre jersey of the 2009 season since it was against his old Packers and a worldwide MNF audience/exposure game.
Unless of course he does make it and win the SB, the that will be the most wanted Favre jersey ever.
