Okay it's been 2+ weeks since I won the autographed basketballs & today one of them came in a beat up & dented box, but the other one has yet to arrive.

How long does it normally take these people to send out their items?
I won a couple of those 'Go green' autographed basketballs over two weeks ago & still haven't received them.
They deducted the money a few minutes after I won them, so it's not like there was any sort of delay on my end.
In the item description they say they usually ship within 2 days of money being received.
I tried emailing the address they gave in the listing & it says the email is no good, so I tried to email the nba auctions site & they never return your emails (They've never returned an email I've sent them).
Any suggestions?
