Doesn't appear to have much tar. On any good example, the tar is caked on all the way up the the centerband. This one doesn't appear to have ANY tar on it (at least from what the pictures show). I would personally wait for a better example.

I believe vlad writes 27 on the knob differently. Also, the use looks really weird.

No tar, bad number, but appears a good auto. Wouldn't touch it as a gamer.

Stay away. The cert is from the company, Prospect Memorabilia, that used to spam the boards on here like crazy trying to get business. Plus I agree with the other comments, Vlad use characteristics are off.
