    beware of ebayer "game-used-bat"

Last june I won in an ebay aution a Delmon Young game used bat; I paid immediately via paypal and waited for my bat to arrive. I sent 3 emails to the seller asking for shipment status and tracking number but didn't receive any answer. After one month I had to go through the ebay buyer protection process to have my money back. Of course I never received the bat and the seller never gave, me or ebay, explanation for his actions. To my surprise, yesterday I found out that the very same bat is out again for aution on ebay...beware of this guy

I have a guy that won an auction over a week ago and haven't heard anything from him. Whats most annoying, he won the auction with a last second bid. I have another guy who used Buy It Now and its been 3 days and no payment. It's Buy It Now, not next week. I will now require immediate payment on all Buy It Now auctions. You just have to love eBay, it's the best ever.

I am the seller. This is not the same bat. There are clearly two different bats and auctions:

      CURRENT:

      PREVIOUS:

As stated in my e-mails through eBay, the bat was shipped yet returned and rejected by customs. Honestly, your approach and attitude in your e-mails led me to eagerly accepot your claim and approve a refund.

Again, the bat sold in June was sold to a local buyer. I then acquired a second DY bat which is for sale now.

If anyone has any questions or continues to believe these are the same bat, please feel free to e-mail me!

      Thanks,

I think the mods need to crack down on this. Posts that name and impinge sellers can be very damaging to someone's business especially when words like beware of or avoid this guy and the like are used. This site is read by alot of people and has the ability to greatly harm people's businesses and reputations. This is the second post this week that does so to a seller who appears to have done nothing wrong.

          Thanks,
Oh finally you came out !
Why you never answered my emails ?
Why you didn't provide me with the tracking number ?
Why didn't you tell me custom rejected the bat (never happened before, and I collect bat since 2000)?
Why didn't you contact me to give me back my money ?
Why when I opened a case with ebay you didn't contact me and told me the whole story ?

          Yeah...nothing wrong...the perfect ebayer...please.

                  Re: beware of ebayer "game-used-bat"

good for you guys...I paid the same day the aution ended, my bat has never been shipped and instead has been sold to another customer.
The dealer never answered a single email and to get my money back I had to go through the ebay protection process...no words from the seller that he supposedly got the bat back.
His excuses are ridicolous and it was the worst deal I was involved in 13 years on ebay.

Just my humble opinion, but I think this thread, a certain junior member, or both, need to go bye-bye.
