49ers jersey on ebay, practice jersey?

New to football jerseys so I'm not sure if this is a practice jersey/pre-season jersey of the 49ers. The seller doesn't have a COA and said he acquired it in a store buy out. I know Pascoe didn't make the team so I assumed it a practice team or pre-season jersey. Any ideas? I have no clue on tagging for NFL jerseys. Thanks for any thoughts on the jersey.

that looks like a retail shirt to me as the tagging is all wrong.

I am thinking of restarting the 49ers GU thread if anyone is interested. Lets see what is out there.
