I dont condone shill bidding, but why would Ebay do anything if the seller is winning his own auctions? Nobody is getting hurt, and Ebay is getting paid from the fees. I would think if someon else, other than the shill bidder, won the auction, then Ebay would take action. If you really want to put this seller away, win one of their auctions that has the shill bidding, dont pay for it, then contact Ebay with your evidence of the shill bidding on the auction, and any other auctions you may have evidence.

Like I have said previously if it bothers you that much give them a call and voice your complaint. Alot of times emails do not make it to the right person.

If I recall It will say some like "if you know your parties extension press 1" and the extension is 55130 which is powerseller support. Explain your situation and that you want to file a complaint. The 2 times I did I was passed of to ebay's trust and safety and they listened and acted.

I realize that the seller is trying to increase their take, but in my opinion, Ebay isnt going to do anything until someone else wins one of the auctions that has shill bidding. Since the seller is winning their own auctions, no harm is being done, in the eyes of Ebay. So until someone else wins one of their auctions, that is when Ebay will jump in and hopefully ban the seller from selling.

There is a HUGE card seller on ebay that is a notorious shill bidder with SOLID proof, but ebay doesn't seem to do anything.

Heck, if anyone even mentions the name of the business on another site I'm on, the thread will get deleted!

Have you won from them, found out there was shill bidding going on in the auction you won, and then reported it to Ebay?

I called ebay today and talked to a Matt. He said he can see what I am talking about and will submit a report.....

I dialed 866-540-3229. I got this number in a message ebay sent to me.

The seller is still at here is a current item.....
