Just out of curiosity, is there such a place as ProAmm Collectibles that he is claiming all these LOA's come from, or is ProAmm Collectibles courtesy of his home computer printer? Just wonding if anyone knows if there is such a place or if everything this guy is doing is bogus?

I went back through the feedback from this seller and he is burning people left and right.

Here are some of his past transactions:

I reported him for the Favre and Mantle jersey sales as well as the current Babe Ruth ball. This guy is making an obscene amount of money by ripping people off and as a collective we group we should all be outraged.

      Tim,
You are absolutely right. I just reported him for the fake Ruth, Jordans and McGwire he has up. Everyone, PLEASE fill out a report and send the item numbers of those auctions of his to eBay to prevent this fraud from ripping people off anymore:
      http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAP...expirationDate=

The Item numbers are: 300020579837 (Jordans), 300020921144 (Babe Ruth), 300020923362 (McGwire).

They are all blatant fakes. Please report these fake items on the link I provided above, just as I did. We need to get this guy off there and we can do so by reporting him collectively.

      Thanks,
      Tim

I agree with Bat_master!This guy should be reported to the authorities as well! The Brady jersey he sold is amongst the worst fakes i have ever seen! And he has sold two of them with the same pictures!I own 25 Brady card company certified football cards as well as a couple Tri Star pieces of memorabilia and this isn't even close!Who are these people buying these item?It would take just a little bit of investigation on their part to realize this guy is a fraud.

Here is a picture of a Brady auto i got myself at training camp.

I threatened the seller yesterday saying that if he didn't remove his listings I would report him and also take further action and it looks like he removed half of them

            Hi,

My best guess is that the COAs from this "ProAmm Collectibles" are homespun creations. I did a search on the Better Business Bureau website (http://www.bbb.org) and they have no record of that company operating in Nebraska.

Homespun or not, this is fraud. I also believe (someone with knowledge correct me if I'm wrong) that with the amount of money this guy has taken in on fraudulent items this has got to be getting close to a felony charge punishable by jail time.

You are correct, I could not come up with anything referencing ProAmm Collectible by internet search or otherwise. It looks like this is just as fake as the various items he is selling. Not sure on the felony charge, but probably if you add everything up it is darn close. I wonder if this is why fraudfinder is bidding on this. My guess is that others are onto this guy as well. Like several members have pointed out this guy should not just be kicked off ebay, he should be spending some time in the state pen.

                Brett-
There was/is a dealer in Canada that I purchased some older minor league baseball jerseys from by the name of Pro-Am Sports. The jerseys were older Portland Beavers (1980/81), and were legit. Maybe this will shed some light on the subject.

                    Folks,

This is beyond nuts. Do you remember that show "America's Dumbest Criminals"? This guy would be a frontrunner for their dumbest criminal of the year award (which is really saying something).

I'm glad to hear that people are taking action. As far as I'm concerned, he should be prosecuted, heavily fined, and incarcerated. This is just sickening.

                      Hi Reid,
I agree with you. I reported the guy's 3 remaining items to eBay as they are all clearly fakes but how do we go about preventing this guy from registering with another username and continuing his fraud? Any ideas?

Reid, what do you really think will happen?

eBay will suspend him and he will open a new account until the good users of this forum find him again. When will eBay start working with the proper authorities for people of this nature?

                          Tim, Joel, and others...

If you're looking to eBay to solve this problem, look elsewhere. The most (and I mean the MOST, if you're lucky) that they will do is terminate his account. It is highly ineffective.

There is the internet crime report (someone else referenced it in this thread), the Better Business Bureau, the police, the Attorney General's Office in the "alleged" criminal's jurisdiction, etc. Personally, I have found NONE of these to be of much help.

If you can round up enough "alleged" victims, you could start a class action suit (in your spare time).

It is a bleak situation. No authoritative body seems to accept ownership for internet fraud.

Here is another one to add to the growing list, Auction #1, http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=160005256172 Reggie bush unsigned jersey

                            Auction #2 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=300016934768

                            Reggie Bush signed jersey.

Not sure if we had that one on the list as I have completely lost track. This guy is a real piece of work.
