I see that there is a Henderson jersey (1980 Green McAuliffe) listed at 8,500K. That seems like an awful lot of $$ for that jersey. If I recall, there was another early Henderson game used jersey being offered (1981 White McAuliffe). Personally, I'm not comfortable with "1981 tagged" A's McAuliffe jerseys described as "game used".

The 1980 Henderson jersey tag arrangement matches a gold Charlie Metro 1980 jersey I have in my photo library, but the location is different...the Metro is tagged on the outside, while the Henderson in your link looks to be tagged on the inside.

The 1980 Rickey may be OK, although I'd want to see better pictures of the front and back to discern visible wear before I'd bid.
