There's absolutely zero provenance. For all we know, they could be rejects from the squirrels in a middle school playfield.

The listing looks like one of those listings you would see on eBay in 1998-1999 that would start at a dollar and sell for $150 or something stupid. Someone would write an article about it in AOL's homepage news and a million people would see the listing.
eBay is beyond this crazy auctions working like they did in their early days. This is just someone having fun hoping for a miracle that didn't happen.Comment
