This is not a "Dustin Ackley" model bat. It is a Russell Branyan signature model bat which can be proved by looking at the following item currently being sold by the Arizona Diamondbacks:

The seller mentions nothing about the bat being a Branyan model bat and nothing about any other type of marking that would show that Ackley ever touched this bat.

I just contacted the seller with this information so lets see what happens.
