1994 Royals Jersey-Need Help

Since I am not versed in tagging or jersey styles I was just wondering if it has proper tagging and correct jersey style for a '94 Royals jersey.

Although the usual "100% Polyester" nub tag isn't there like normal, the strip tag looks perfect ,and, IMO, that overrules the absence of a fabric tag. Plus, the difference in the shades of blue (NOB darker than number) would indicate that the NOB is likely restored...rather normal for Royals gamers of this era. Since the jersey was at least prepared for minor league recycling, I'd also be curious if the 125th Anniversary patch was the original one or a replacement.
