Did roddy white ever wear the elastic hem at the bottom of his jerseys? the seller of this jersey seems honest, but I am only concerned because every picture i see of roddy from 2006 he has a long jersey on.

I believe the fact it was sold by the Falcons as issued (per their COA) answers your question. I had two Bobby Engram jerseys I bought from the Seahawks directly that were used, and they were cut short and hemmed. I then had an issued one from the KC Chiefs I also bought from them, and it was longer and the bottom was a completely different cut.
IMO this is the case here with this Roddy White jersey. -

I have a Roddy jersey from the game at Baltimore in 2006 (road white) that is cut and hemmed like your jersey. I obtained it directly from a former contact I had with the team and comes with paperwork. The jersey shows decent game use for a "one-game" jersey.
I have no opinion as to whether your jersey was actually worn in a game, but the strip tag (06-40) and customization looks like mine. I will post photos of my jersey this weekend.

Attached are photos of my white road 2006 Roddy White jersey as promised. I've also attached two game-used jerseys from his rookie year in 2005 to show examples of his jerseys before he was having them customized in the tail.
