Is this item up for auction?
I tired using the quick opinion once for a private item but they wouldn't allow me to use the service as they state it's only for auction items.

I think PSA has an exclusive contract with eBay. Its not rock solid but for the money, its worth it. If an item is purchased, and sent to PSA for authentication, I think the "Quick Opinion" fees can be applied to the costs.
