Anyone know what player this is? I don't see him on the roster, and the number was used by another player. Spring training? Other?

The Twins had an infielder by the name of Glenn Williams the year before, but he wore #16. #15 went to Phil Nevin in 2006. Maybe it was made up for Glenn Williams but he ultimately didn't make the squad? Williams played for the Twins' AAA club in 2006 and 2007.

Definite possibility. Nevin didn't join the Twins in 2006 until after spending time with the Rangers and Cubs. He only got into 16 games in a Twins uniform, at the end of the season.

FWIW I have tweeted Glenn to ask if he was issued #15 in anticipation of getting called up in 2006. I couldn't see that he even made ST in 06 but he did in 05 + 07.

Glenn Williams played in 16 games for the MN Twins during ST of 2006 (via MLB's statistics page). I also found a goofy message board post about MLB The Show rosters from 10/12/06 that seems to indicate that his jersey number was #13 but had been changed to #15 (the link to that page is here: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...e-thread.html).
