Is this TO jersey a match?

I've been trying to confirm if this jersey was from the game it is stated in the description 10/8/2006 vs Eagles. I looked on getty... Dont see any use I can match based on the listing pics, or even a loose thread i could see on both ... so I've been looking at positioning of the stars on the shoulders and the shield, they both look a little off so I wanted to get another pair of eyes on them. Does this look like a match/same jersey to anybody?

The shield placement looks off compared to the lower neckline seam.

The star placement looks different to me. I really wish someone had access to the Prova database.

In the game photo, the shield looks higher and the star looks lower. If I were interested I wouldn't consider it a photo match.
