1998 Reggie White Pro Bowl jersey

I was wondering if someone could help out with any info on this jersey. I would like to bid on this, but I want to make sure it is really game used. I have seen a bunch of these jersey's being sold recently with letters of authenticity from Topps.

Any help or opinions would be appreciated. It is currently on Ebay right now. I would post the link, but I am not sure if it is againest the rules to do that.
