Is there any chance this is legit? Seller is stating they got it from BP Heroes with LOA, but the Russell sleeve logo has clearly been removed, and seller has already sold and taken it back once

I came close to bidding on this jersey in the spring, but I was scared off by the logo which had been rubbed out
I've got 2 1997 Yankee jerseys with the Jackie patch intact, neither of which has any evidence of the Russell R
Of note, the jersey is now priced 1/2 of what it was when it sold previously
