Game issued suddenly turns into "game-used" SMH

This really makes me upset. I was watching this game issued bat sit on eBay for quite a while. http://m.ebay.com/itm/271828299038?nav=SEARCH

He doesn't sell it, and now all of a sudden, it becomes "game-used" by the same seller! http://m.ebay.com/itm/171812467247?nav=SEARCH
As far as I'm concerned, the bat is tarnished forever. I would much rather have a game issued bat then a fake game-used bat. SMH
I can't believe people these days.

Seems like Batsplus2000 is willing to do anything to augment his sales (Shill bidding, faking game usage, etc.). Faking game usage is the most egregious IMO. He is exactly what turns people off from this hobby.
