Won an item in November, paid immediately, item listed as shipped and never arrived. No luck getting a response from the seller so I contact eBay and they have me wait until today. Still no item or refund so I follow their steps for a refund and I get this response:
If we don't hear back from you by Dec 31, 2015, we'll assume you've worked out this issue and your request will automatically close.
WTH! in other words "we won't do anything for 3 more weeks"
