Kobe Final ASG Jersey Sold for $100k

for those of you that follow NBA auctions, kobe's final all star game jersey ended last night for $100k. to me, this is ridiculous - i cant believe someone shelled out that much. what are other people's thoughts? link is below.

same guy buys every single all star jersey/shorts every year.... he's spent insane amounts on shorts too... thousands... money is of no object to him...

i know who he is, but dont want to throw his name out on a forum. he buys (or at least used to) buy whole sets team sets of jerseys from steiner when they would come in as well. he is on the NBA hall of fame board of governors. i cant even begin to imagine what this guys house looks like if he displays all of the items he buys.. its clearly big enough to be able to spend that much on jerseys.

this is interesting to read as well - looks like a lot of people here know about him as well. apparently he started with cards and then got into jerseys.
