game issued or retail bats?

I saw some nice bats on ebay...appear to be unused. players, counsell, lugo, lane, simon, ethier, loduca, lowell, cordero etc.... Can any bat expert tell me are these game issued bats or just retail bats?

Checked out the Lugo (for I collect Devil Rays) bat . Game issued not game used nor retail . There is no line underneath the 125 in the center oval and the bat has the "powerized" logo , these two items should make it a pro game issued bat . I have seen other sellers before from Kentucky that got "blem" bats directly from Louisville Slugger. If my memory serves me correctly ....Anybody else remember this ???
