Looking through Historic Auctions and saw a pair of Cristian Guzman game worn 15 HR batting gloves:

Only problem is, is that he has never hit 15 homeruns in a season before. The most he ever hit was 10, and that was in 2001.

Wow! Talk about not doing your homework. How do people/players make a mistake like that? So easy to verify.

Could they be from his 15th career homerun? Just a thought.

Speaking of Historic I was looking at the signed game used balls today. The A-Rod and Rafael balls have homerun numbers associated with them and written on them. I assume they are balls used in the game in which the player hit that number homerun, not the homerun ball itself. Yet the description leaves it vague. Any thoughts?
