This jersey was worn by NFL Pro Bowler and former Louisville Cardinal Ray Buchanan in the NFC Championship game against the Minnesota Vikings on 1/17/99. Buchanan and the Falcons won the game 30-27 and went on to play the Denver in the Super Bowl where they lost to the John Elway led Broncos.
This game used NFC Championship Game jersey displays some wear. Buchanan has also autographed the jersey verso. On the front, back and both shoulders is the player number '34' sewn in red on black tackle twill. On the back, above the number, sewn on a white nameplate is "BUCHANAN" done in red on black tackle twill. Inside the neck is the Reebok size "42" tag with wash instructions. Attached is the "100% Nylon Action +3" tag. Sewn on the v-neck is the embroidered NFL shield. Sewn on the sleeves are the Falcons embroidered logo patches. Above are the Reebok embroidered logos. The tail has been custom cut and shortened.
