Rafael Furcal 2007 Easton Game Used Bat

A career .287 hitter, Rafael Furcal is a solid shortstop who is positioned at the top of the Los Angeles Dodgers line-up. He made his major league debut on April 4, 2000 with the Atlanta Braves against the Colorado Rockies, getting 2 hits in 4 at-bats. Furcal went on to hit .295 with 40 stolen bases for the Braves that season and won the National League Rookie of the Year Award. He was selected to the National League All-Star Team in 2003. Furcal excels on the basepaths, having totaled over 250 stolen bases during his 8 years in the majors.
This 33¾ inch, 32 ounce two-toned (black / maple) bat was manufactured by Easton in 2007 and used by Furcal during the 2007 season.. This bat exhibits heavy use, with thick tar application extending approximately 9 inches from the knob, and numerous ball marks and hit marks on the barrel. This model 243XL features Furcal's uniform number, 15, written both on the knob and in the cupped barrel in gold marker. A severe crack with moderately displaced wood appears approximately 12½ inches from the knob, and is approximately 8 inches in length. The break is located at the rear of the bat handle, and does not significantly affect the display of this bat.
This bat is sourced from Steiner Sports #08933 and bears both the Steiner and the MLB holograms. View Lot Detail page

This Raphael Furcal bat has MLB Hologram # BB 515770, attributed to Milwaukee Brewers @ L.A. Dodgers (5th inning) 5-22-07. Dodgers won 3-2. Furcal went 1 for 4; this bat was broken when Furcal grounded out in the 5th inning.

    Good Luck.
