The jersey was worn by current USC Trojan star linebacker Keith Rivers when he played in the 2004 U.S. Army All-American High School Bowl. On the front and back is the player number '55'. On the front, above and below the number, is 'U.S. Army All American'. On the back, above the number, screened on a black nameplate is "RIVERS". The All American team "EAST" is screened on both sleeves. All letters and numbers are screened on in gold. Inside the neck is the "RUSSELL ATHLETIC" size XL tag with a "2 inches EXTRA LENGTH" tag underneath. Screened on the v-neck is the U.S. ARMY logo. Sewn on both shoulders are the "2004 U.S. ARMY ALL-AMERICAN BOWL" patches. Below each patch is the "RUSSELL" and "R" logo as well as the United States flag patch. I will be able to get you a more detailed assessment of the use on the jersey shortly. In the meantime, regarding the provenance, the jersey was originally sourced from collegejersey.com. In fact, though it would have to be confirmed with collegejersey.com, we were informed by the consignor that collegejersey.com obtained almost all the jerseys from the 2004 U.S. Army All-American game.

The jersey shows one game use. In particular, the screened on numbers and jersey material are soft, not stiff as you would find in a new jersey. Also, on the back of the left shoulder, there looks like what may be two very small face mask rubs.
