Elected to Baseball's Hall of Fame in 1999, Robin Yount played his entire career with the Milwaukee Brewers and excelled at two of baseball's most challenging positions – shortstop and center field. Yount finished his illustrious career with 3,142 hits, and finished the decade of the 1980's with more hits than any other player. Yount won two MVP awards during his 20-year career (at two different positions), one during the Milwaukee Brewers' World Championship season of 1982. Yount appeared in three All-Star games, won a Gold Glove Award, and collected three Silver Slugger Awards.
