A Dartmouth College graduate, Remlinger led the nation with a 1.59 ERA during his sophomore season. He was selected by the Giants with the 16th pick of the first round in the 1987 amateur draft. In a 16-season major league career, Remlinger has compiled a 53-54 record with a 3.89 ERA and 20 saves in 634 games. He made the National League All-Star team in 2002.
This road gray Atlanta Braves jersey was worn by Mike Remlinger during the 2001 baseball season. Tagged on the tail with a Russell Athletic wash tag, a size 50/100% polyester flag tag, an extra length flag tag and a "2-01" paper fiber tag. This jersey exhibits good overall evidence of game use, including extensive wash wear and puckering on the Braves logo and #37 on the back. This jersey also has the flag patch on the back of the collar to commemorate the tragedies of 9/11/01. The Eddie Mathews memorial patch is also located on the left sleeve. Purchased directly from the Braves by well-known dealer Barry Sanders.View Lot Detail page

Does the jersey have any documentation or a letter that comes with it, other than it was purchased directly from the Braves by Barry Sanders?

Hey, Jimmie. I purchased some things from Barry a few years ago before the Braves started selling everything themselves, and none of it came with a letter. Not sure if he ever issued them, but I can tell you that he bought quite a bit of material directly from the team. BTW, check your email...

You are correct....Barry made many team purchased from the Braves and did not receive individual team LOAs with any of his jerseys.
