The Cowboys acquired nose-tackle Jason Ferguson in 2005 from the NY Jets in their efforts to improve their defense. Dallas is hoping the 6'3" 312 pound former Georgia Bulldog's 11 years of NFL experience will help anchor the Cowboys defensive line.
The uniform was worn on 11/5/06 vs. the Washington Redskins. The jersey is unwashed with grass stains and hit marks throughout. The jersey is a blue mesh with dazzle cloth shoulders and sleeves and spandex sides. Ferguson's number "95" is in white tackle twill with blue outline on the front, back and both shoulders. The jersey has custom hemmed sleeves with tightened customizations extending from the waist to the shoulders on both the front and back mesh. The 06-52 swatch tag in neck indicates the year and size of the jersey while the NFL equipment patch is embroidered at base of neck. There is a reinforced eyelet with embroidered "Cowboys" name below NFL patch. The jersey also has a Reebok tag in the tail with size 52 and 6 inches L.B. flag tags. There is a Berlin, WI tag on the inside left tail. The uniform pants have a 06 swatch tag and a Reebok tag with size 48 flag tag. #95 is written in black sharpie.
