Hello Paul,

Thanks for the post. The brochures were included as a stand-alone insert in the SCD issue that was mailed in similar timing and, based on the registration calls we received, seemed to reach people through that venue. This was our first time using bulk mailing and we were assured by the post office that they should be in our members hands in time for the auction.

It appears fair to say that the bulk mailing option may take longer than we were led to believe. As such, we will work to make sure they go out further in advance for the next auction.
