Joe Maddon is the current manager of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, having been appointed to that position in 2005. Joe Maddon is known for leading the 2008 Tampa Bay Devil Rays to the AL East championship. But preceding his tenure as the Devil Rays skipper, Joe was the bench coach for the Angels from 1994-2005. He is also known for his black thick rimmed glasses that resemble a stadium give-away.
