GUU Spring Consignment Auction

Hello Everyone,

Game Used Universe is happy to announce our next consignment auction will be going live in April and closing on May 8, 2008. We already have a number of great items consigned and we are looking forward to having a fantastic array of highly desirable items for collectors.

We will be accepting consignments until March 1, 2008. As with our last auction, consignors will be paid out within 30 days of the auction close and the auction will be heavily promoted through the industry publications, mailings, trade shows, etc. In addition, the auction will once again feature the same highly-desired auction format which enables our auctions to stay clear of suspect items and allow serious collectors to find the type of items they have been seeking.

Notably, we will be setting up at the NFL Experience at the Super Bowl beginning on January 26th so if you have any football items you are considering consigning it would be a great opportunity for us to display them to a large number of football fans at the Super Bowl event.

I'm sorry to say that I have no financial interest in the forum or GUU auctions. As I've also previously noted, I recieve no compensation for my moderating. Sometimes you have to put your own interests aside for the benefit of others...it's something I always do both personally and professionally. In a "hobby" where cash is king, the concept of helping out a friend might be foreign to some. However, my assistance on the forum and with GUU auctions is done out of friendship to Chris.

I hope this addresses your curiosities.
