VERY TOUGH game used Adrian Peterson game worn road white Vikings jersey worn 12/9/07 at the 49ers. This Peterson comes directly from the Minnesota Vikings and is attested by Peterson himself via his signature and "Rookie Gamer" inscription he autographed on the number "8" on the back of the jersey.
Adrian lit up the playing field amassing 1,341 rushing yards and 12 TD's in his 2007 rookie year. He broke the all-time single game rushing record and was on pace for the all-time rookie rushing record. He collected the Offensive Rookie of the Year award and the NFL Pro Bowl MVP award all in his rookie season. Here is your chance to obtain an actual game worn jersey from the greatest rookie season ever in the NFL. This game wasn't one of his best but it does display nice use.
The jersey has a cut and shortened tail with an elastic band insert, therefore void any jock tag. Inside the neck is the "07-44 L" swatch tag indicating the year, size and cut of the jersey. On front, back and both shoulders is the #28 done in purple tackle twill with gold outline. On back above the number sewn on a white mesh nameplate is "PETERSON" done in purple tackle twill. Above is the embroidered Viking logo. At the base of the v-neck sewn on it own inverted triangle quadrant is the NFL EQUIPMENT embroidered shield patch. Below is the embroidered "VIKINGS" team name in white with gold outline. Each sleeve has the Reebok logo. The jersey displays excellent use with several Redskins burgundy hit marks on the shoulders and one team repair. This is only the second Peterson ever seen in the secondary market.
