Hank Blalock 2004 Game Worn Texas Rangers Pre-Game Jersey

In 2003, Hank Blalock had a breakthrough season, hitting 29 home runs and 90 RBIs with a .300 batting average. A combination of being able to hit for power and for average drew early comparisons to George Brett and helped him to get voted to the All-Star Game in his first full season as a Ranger. In the All-Star Game that season, he hit the game winning home run off of Los Angeles Dodgers closer Éric Gagné. The following season, Blalock hit 32 home runs and over 100 RBIs and was voted to his second All-Star Game.

This rare style pre-game jersey was worn by Hank Blalock during the 2004 season. This rare style only worn by the Rangers for the 2003 and 2004 seasons. Jersey has appropriate Majestic tagging, including the all-important pro-code "0065" on the interior wash tag. Jersey shows good evidence of use throughout, primarily in the form of wash wear.View Lot Detail page
