Hong-Chui Kuo 2007 Game Used LA Dodgers Batting Helmet (Steiner LOA)

When Hong-Chih Kuo made his debut in 2005, he became the fourth MLB player from Taiwan. Kuo pitched for Taiwan in the Asian Games and Chinese Taipei in the inaugural World Baseball Classic. On September 8, 2006, Kuo made his first start in the major leagues after over 30 relief appearances. He surprised everybody by tossing six shutout innings with 7 strikeouts while leading the Dodgers to a 5-0 victory. A spring training injury kept Kuo from starting the 2007 season in the rotation, but after his injury healed, Kuo eventually reclaimed his role as a starting pitcher for the Dodgers.

This ventilated game used batting helmet was used by Hong-Chui Kuo during several games in the regular season as well as one game in the NLDS in 2007. A size 7 3/8 identifier sticker is inside. On back are the player number "56" sticker and the MLB logo. On front is the interlocking Los Angeles "LA" sticker. The Steiner and MLB holograms are on the inside.
