GUU 2008 Spring Auction Should Be Going Live Tomorrow

Hello Everyone,

We are in the final stages of getting everything ready to take the GUU Spring 2008 live. We should be ready tomorrow but we will likely take it live during the wee hours of the Thursday morning so we can QA everything and make sure it won't impact people using the forum if we need to make any adjustments to the site.

If you are interested in placing any bids, I would say you should be able to do so by Thursday and we will be making a post here and sending out emails to let everyone know when the auction is live.

In the interim, please feel free to view any of the items in 'Preview' mode by clicking on the following link or clicking on the 'Auction Home' page in the global navigation at the top of the site:

However, if you do look at the items in preview, please note that we are still adding some final descriptions and are making modifications to others. Therefore, I would suggest waiting until the auction goes live before asking any questions.

We have already mailed out the brochures (we sent out about 4,000) so everyone should be receiving theirs over the next few weeks. The brochure is also being included in the current issue of SCD that mailed out today.

In addition, we are looking into either putting it on the GUU site for people to download or possibly sending it out via email.
