Go to the GUU Auctions tab, then to Auction Home Page...there you will be able to view your invoice....there will be a box where you indicate you will be paying via Paypal and upon hitting it will direct you to Paypal and will be linked to your Invoice.

Jim - Thanks for the help as it worked perfectly. The only drawback once I got to PayPal was that GUU Auctions only accepts a bank transfer and not a credit card under my PayPal account even though method of payment said GUU accepts Visa, MasterCards, PayPal, certified checks, money orders and wire transfers.
I guess the Visa Mastercard gets collected some other way because it wouldn't allow a direct pay with credit card either.

In general, I emailed the Auction administrator on May 13th about Payment and never got a response and then decided to Post here.

Customer service in my opinion needs to be improved as this isn't the 1st or 2nd time an email has gone unanswered.
      1. Bidders must pay packaging, shipping and insurance costs on all items they win.
I'm ok with the 15% buyer's premium, but $25.80 to ship a $100 jersey seems a little excessive unless it is shipped Priority 2 Day or something. Chris, what do you think?

Chris - I got an email notification from Fedex that this jersey is being shipped under the 3 day Express Saver.

My suggestion in the future is quote Ground/Home delivery on all items $500 and less, unless someone wants to upgrade to Air delivery.

I just had a great experience on Grey Flannel where they are allowing someone to pick up for me and not charging shipping at all.

          Hello Andrew,

Sorry for not responding to this earlier as I didn't realize the thread involved a question about shipping costs. As for your question, we actually did use ground for most shipments of lower value items despite the fact that some bidders prefer to have their items shipped through the air division. Apparently, yours was one where the standard air was used despite the amount of your winning bid. Although we have already shipped your item via the air division, we will go ahead and issue you a credit for the difference since you would have preferred ground shipping and I didn't see your question in this thread earlier.

As a side note, we do send all packages with direct signature required (for security and insurance purposes) which accounts for the slight incremental cost in the shipping. I don't know if other sellers use the signature required feature but we feel it is appropriate to prevent any potential loses of items during shipping.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

Chris - Nice to see your response and another differentiator between GUF and other auction competitors is the level of fairness in all aspects.

Chris, I had emailed to auctions@gameuseduniverse.com also and didn't get a response.
