Now that's what I call a Game Used Jersey. Nice!

I don't think I'd really kill anyone for a Lloyd Waner bat, but I will admit that I'd give a lot to get one. Partly because my father was a big Paul Waner fan, my side written Paul Waner is one of the bats that I will never get rid of. Mark

    Cosairs22,
The reason I like the Waner bat so much, there is only a handful know to exist. It's a great looking bat of a HOF player and it's uncracked with lots of game use. I know many bat collectors out there would kill to have this bat in their collections.
    Thanks,
    Jamie

    Jamie,

Is there a story about your Waner bat and why you're attached to it?

Probably this for right now, I am a big "Nellie" fan, I would say I'd move it if I found a player I liked even more. That season was a magical one here in Seattle, setting an AL record for wins, the All-Star game being played here which I was at and it also has the 9/11 Memorial flag patch on the back. This one looks like it was used most (if not all) of the season. I know the complete history of hands it's passed through, I'm the 3rd owner. Jeff has seen it and confirmed it was his and he wore it that year.

I don't know about "NEVER" but, these items would be hard to sell and are about as close to "NEVER" more than any other items in my collection.

-The first item is a Mike Jarmoluk Eagles Alumni ring. It was Mike's personal ring that was awarded to him by the Eagles. 10K gold with a real diamond. The eagle is 14K. Mike was a member of the Eagles 1949 Championship team.

-The 2nd item is a Duke football that came from the Eagles ticket office on Market Street back around 1964. There was a plaque beneath the football that said, "Gameball - 1960 Championship Game". I got the football in 1964 and have had it all these years. On the day I got the football, I can still remember walking over the Franklin Field and throwing it around with my brother.

Can you add a picture of the ARod ball?

I have been a Red Sox fan since 1967, and have lived through the several world series that they lost in 7 games: 1967, 1975, and 1986. I have a game used 2004 David Ortiz regular-season bat from the year of their first series win since 1918 (the year my father was born and he has seen both the 2004 and the 2007 wins). This bat is not nearly as good as Oil Can Dan's Ortiz 2004 world series bat, but it is my favorite bat.

RKGIBSON - That is an INCREDIBLE collection - WOW!!

skyking26 - Nice to see that none of your Kingman Cubs items made the list

As for me, I can't say I have one yet. I am still looking for it.

My most prized possesion right now is - my Jody Davis game used road jersey from 1988. (Thanks to Rob Steinmetz)

I have really enjoyed this thread!!
