"Downtown" Freddy Brown Sonics jersey

Would anyone have information...or know where I could find information...on this Freddy Brown jersey? It is supposed to be a "late 70's/early 80's gamer," but I've not found any photos to match it to. The interesting thing about it, at least to me, is the "large" numbers for the back are on the front....and the "small" numbers for the front are on the back!?

getty has a few pic's of this style freddy brown jersey from 1979 it has a little info on him with the description's. getty search "fred brown sonic"
