This one is gross but thats what you get from the red sox's. dont ask me why he is doing it?

I believe the following caption came with this photo.

"Boston Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon demonstrates to teammates the grip behind his new pitch "the slutter" (combination slider and fastball). Manny Ramirez was quoted as saying he was very impressed with the new pitch."
