Game model means it's the same model Damon would use in a game. Most likely they got it to get autographed. But, game model does not mean it was used in a game.

are they currently selling any other game used jerseys with the patches on each sleeve? I'm trying to find an Old Timer's Day jersey worn by one of the players, with the All-Star Game, Yankee Stadium Final Season patches and Bobby Murcher tribute armband on the left sleeve.
