At first I thought those might be from DePaul circa late 1970s-early 1980s (the Mark Aguirre years). DePaul wore a uniform similar to that style (the "Cleveland Cavaliers" style) back then, but they wore a variation with the shirtails out and the shorts stripes don't appear to widen at the bottom like these. Plus, since the shirttails were worn out, they probably didn't have the two color wasteband since no on would see it.

That was a pretty popular Sand-Knit design back then; these are probably from a high school, junior college or small college program.

Hmm, Im not sure. Pics Ive seen of the Bullets have stars on the side. And then after that, the had "Bullets" written on one side of the front leg.
