Great Thread!

Would have to be the John Stearns collection from Mears, including 83 Blue Alternate Jersey and 80 pants (to match my 80 Jersey) and both catching and batting helmet, a LS P72 and a pair of stirrups for good measure. HMMMMMMM, gotta get me one of those Lockers!

That, and the 94 Hundley Home Jersey. Love that jersey!

Complete 1949 Minneapolis Millers uniform worn by Otey Clark, the first pro ballplayer I ever met and the only pro ballplayer ever to come from my home town.



And in second place is a Louisville Colonels Otey Clark game worn hat.

Mine may be a home run ball hit in the WBC in 2006, round one in Tokyo, Japan. It goes nice in my collection, very unique.

If I had to pick just 1....it would be my all original '73 Home Kingman Giants jersey and pants, set 1 matching. That would be tops, second would be my all original 82' Home Kingman Mets jersey and pants...

Mine is along the same lines which is my ultimate collection of Nationals game used baseballs that I got this year from (L) to (R) a game used baseball from the last game in RFK stadium from 2007, an actual Ryan Zimmerman HR baseball that is signed & inscribed, 2008 team signed ball, George W. Bush signed 2008 Nationals Inaugural baseball, and a game used 2008 Nationals Inaugural baseball!!!

Mine would have to be my Dwight Howard game used shoes from the 2006-2007 season. The Magic are my favorite team so this was a very nice pick up for me.

One is signed and is from his full pro season and the other is an uncracked bat from spring training 2008

Over the years I would say there are 4 that really stand out as far as additions….
1st is one from Jay Buhner, over the years he has been a great supporter of CFF and we have had lots of opportunities to chat and get to know each other…this personalized jersey and home run bat will go to me to the grave….


Next would be Brian Holman, he is a class act and what an arm he had! The jersey he gifted me hangs proudly in my office!

Raul Ibanez, great bat, great fielder and great person….was the CFF-M’s golf tournament host for many years. Raul has signed several items for my personal collection as well as chatted with me on the field to teach me even more about the game. We wish him well and Philly, love to see him get a NL pennant!

And finally would be Mike Morse, great man with a ton of potential and I look forward to watching him play. Next M’s-CFF golf tournament host?
