Mark Kotsay Red Sox Hat Question

Just got this hat in. I have it photomatched to Getty Images #83339642 taken in the dugout before ALCS Game 6 in Tampa (I don't know the legality of posting a Getty Image so didn't put the photo here). I don't know if he actually wore it in the game as I haven't found game images yet.

Does anyone know who "Mimi" is - that is what is written on the bottom right. The inside is cool as it is the first initial of his three children and his wife's first initial as well. Thanks for any help.
