1993 Mark McGwire HR bat. Used to hit 4 of the 9 HR's in his 93' injury season. Career HR's 224,225,226,227 Photomatched on a 94' Fleer Ultra card and video matched from the May 3, 1993 2 HR game.
Posted this in the August Pick-up thread, but figured this is the better thread for it. Trout HR #36 from last season, hit off of Trout's favorite pitcher, King Felix.
Thanks man, I love the way this bat looks. The only one I have with this much gook on it. The pine tar smell is so strong, as soon as I open my bat tube, I get hit with a cloud of forest.
I'm excited for Tex to get to 400 home runs as a switch hitter. It puts him in some elite company. I'm a huge fan of Tex. I hope he keeps healthy and finds a way to stay with the Yankees. He is definitely the best first baseman in the game when healthy. Nobody consistently picks like him.
Since this is my first photo-matched Home Run Bat, I figured I would also post it here on this thread. I picked up a Mark Teixeira 2015 Game Used Bat where Teixeira Hit his 372nd Career Home Run.
MLB Authenticated Game used and Cracked on 5/8/15 Yankees vs. Orioles
Photo matched on:
5/3/15 Red Sox vs. Yankees // Hit #1700 // Home Run #372 // RBI #1195
5/7/15 Yankees vs. Orioles // Hit #1703 // RBI #1199
