Wow, if these are the most pertinent problems thatwe have, I think we are really well off. Does it really matter what thread an item is posted under? Who cares, let him do what he wants!!!! Although, it would make sense just to wait until you recieve the item in the beginning of March.

I did not want to wait till receiving them.....this site is all about sharing.....

Go back a few months people and you see where the pick up threads were started a lot sooner than what I did here....

Every month the monthly pickup threads are always posted early, and its bin that way for as long as I have bin a forum member.(and probably longer) Who cares its just a thread!! An lets all remember its a place for use to share are pickups not to pick fights.

Just picked up a Ron Harper 1996-97 Chicago Bulls Game used black Pinstripped jersey with Bulls coa. Now I have two. I have Kukoc's 95-96 pinstripped too. These are the only two I've ever seen for sale. If anybody has any leads on more, please email me. Thanks and check it out:

As a Dodgers fan, I dont even want manny anymore. He's clearly too selfish and that is never good for team chemistry. While 2 other Dodgers took a pay cut to sign a few key additions, Manny is still complaining that he's not getting enough money up front.

I am in the construction business, and when someone asks for a load of $$$ up front, you have to worry what quality of product you will get, or if you will get anything at all. Yes, I know construction and MLB baseball are worlds apart, but if you are committed to your contract, why ask for tons up front? Take the up front cash put out there, and collect your coin over the life of the deal.

I would like to thank Dave (BigTruck) for reuniting me with the bat that sucked me into this expensive hobby a little under two years ago. Now if I could only get back the Springfield Cardinals bat of his I sold to pay for my last Vegas trip!

I just received this game used bat today. It's a un-cracked Rob Picciolo bat from 1980-1983 when he was with the Brewers. Rob was a member of the 1982 Brewers World Series team. You don't see his bats around that much.

As Cigarman44 mentioned a couple of posts ago, we made a little trade. This goes for any of you too - if I end up with a bat you want, but didn't win/see at auction, etc. LET ME KNOW and I'll keep it for you until you are ready to pay/trade. In this case, Joe came across an Ankiel comeback bat. Since he has the second best bat from '07 (Mr. Scott has numero uno), he traded me another bat from the same batch as his. See below. There is a big a$$ chunk out of it, but the use is great - and I actually like it.

The other photo is of a Reggie Sanders Cards bat that I picked up from the afformentioned Jeff Scott (Birdbats). Maybe someday Jeff will tell the story of his horrid day...but regardless, the transaction was flawless, and I learned something very valuable too.
